Understand feature access
A feature can be:- Available — it opens normally for the active site.
- Locked — Cleo shows the feature, but the site’s current plan or configuration does not include it.
- Hidden — the feature is not relevant to the site’s configuration or your role.
- Needs setup — access is included, but an integration, onboarding step, or administrator action is still required.
- Beta — the feature is evolving and may be enabled only for selected sites.
Access is evaluated for the active site. Two sites in the same workspace can have different capabilities.
Usage limits
Depending on your agreement, Cleo may limit items such as:- tracked GEO prompts and AI engines;
- monitored competitors;
- generated or published content;
- outreach, campaign, or advertising activity;
- report and automation frequency;
- connected sites or team members.
If a feature is locked or missing
- Confirm the active site.
- Check whether an onboarding or integration step is incomplete.
- Ask a workspace administrator to confirm your role.
- Capture the feature name and active domain.
- Contact contact@regencleo.ai if access still looks incorrect.
