The three areas
Teach Cleo from source material
You can teach the brand from:- A document such as a brand guide or positioning brief
- A public web page
- Text pasted directly into Cleo
1
Open Branding
Select the site, expand Orchestration, and choose Branding.
2
Add a trusted source
Upload a document, enter a link, or paste source text. Avoid drafts that contain outdated claims.
3
Review the proposal
Check names, offerings, audience, positioning, voice, and proof points. Remove anything Cleo should not reuse.
4
Save and refine
Save the accepted changes, then complete any weak or missing fields shown by the memory-strength guidance.
Keep brand memory reliable
- Prefer approved brand documents and live website pages.
- Use specific proof points instead of unsupported superlatives.
- Update Branding after a repositioning, product launch, or audience change.
- Review voice examples before generating a large content batch.
